A simple yet elegant 5 ingredient salad starring colourful figs and zucchini flower

 

Fig, Zucchini Flower & Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cup Baby Chard
  2. 1 bunch zucchini flower (stem removed)
  3. salt & pepper
  4. 3 large figs, sliced
  5. 100g blue cheese, cubed
  6. 1 tbspn fresh tarragaon
DRESSING (equal parts)
  1. olive oil
  2. balsamic
  3. honey
Instructions
  1. Heat a little oil in a fry pan
  2. When very hot fry zucchini flower with a little salt & pepper for up to 2 mins
  3. Cool flower
  4. assemble chard on a plate
  5. Add on figs, blue cheese, cooled zucchini flower and tarragaon
  6. Pour on dressing
  7. Serve
