My top “German” recommendations are:

Gingerbread spice (for apple cakes) and the Bavarian Roast Chicken Spice which is as close as I can find to replicate the Oktoberfest rotisserie chicken flavour (best results stuffed with plenty of butter, parsley & cooked on a weber)
